We are looking for an Account Director who will deliver truly integrated digital solutions, exceptional client satisfaction and of course revenue growth across multiple accounts in Indonesia.
The role requires the ability to develop strong client relationships and lead the strategic direction across a portfolio of digital channels, including Creative, Media, Content, Social, CRM. We need someone who loves collaborating with peers across the business and thrives in a fast-paced, environment.
Importantly, the Account Director will be someone who is capable of inspiring and coaching the team to provide the best level of service to the client. The Account Director is responsible for identifying opportunities both within their channel of expertise and the businesses wider services.
The role includes coordination of the Delivery team servicing the client business regionally. The role will also oversee financial and operational aspects i.e. Revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
- Lead, inspire and mentor a client service and delivery team to identify and deliver the best possible digital solutions and client service.
- Strategic Account Management ensuring revenue and client satisfaction KPI’s are achieved
- Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and identifying opportunities for cross-sell.
- Full financial responsibility for a specific client group.
- Building and maintaining excellent key operations and senior client relationships.
- Work closely with the internal resources to develop strategic thinking for account planning and new opportunities including timely reporting.
- Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client.
- Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
- Consultative approach to building client relationships. Able to extract insights and developing a true understanding of clients' future business needs and challenges
- To act as a point of escalation for all client queries
- Proven account management experience with organizations across a variety of channels
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level
- Highly proficient time management and organization skills
- High energy level
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required (both internally and externally) and the ability to create and deliver presentations, manage new business proposals and communicate like a boss.
- Graduate caliber or equivalent business experience
- At least 3+ years of experience as an Account Director within a digital agency environment
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge in digital solutions and marketing and strong commercial awareness
